At SophyFash Fingers, we carefully inspect and process orders before dispatch. To maintain product quality and hygiene standards, returns and exchanges are strictly limited to eligible cases.
1. WHEN CAN AN ITEM BE RETURNED?
An item may be returned only where the size delivered by SophyFash Fingers is different from the size ordered by the customer.
For example:
Customer ordered: Size XL
Customer received: Size L
This may qualify for a return and exchange, subject to verification.
2. SEVEN-DAY REPORTING PERIOD
Customers must contact SophyFash Fingers within seven (7) days from the date the order was received to report an eligible wrong-size delivery.
Requests submitted after the seven-day period may not be accepted.
Customers are therefore advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery.
3. RETURN DEADLINE
Once a wrong-size delivery has been reported and the return has been approved, the customer must complete the return process within the period communicated by SophyFash Fingers.
Failure to return the item within the required period may result in the exchange request being cancelled.
4. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Returned items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
- Free from stains, makeup, perfume or other marks
- In their original condition
- Properly packaged
- Accompanied by the relevant order information
SophyFash Fingers reserves the right to reject an exchange where the returned product shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage or misuse.
5. NO REFUND
SophyFash Fingers does not issue cash refunds for eligible size exchanges.
Where a wrong size has been supplied, the remedy is the replacement of the item with the correct size, subject to availability.
6. REPLACEMENT TIMEFRAME
Once:
- The complaint has been submitted within seven (7) days;
- The claim has been verified;
- The returned item has been received and inspected; and
- The exchange has been approved,
the correct size will be dispatched within five (5) business days, subject to availability.
Delivery time after dispatch will depend on the customer’s location and the applicable courier service.
7. SIZE SELECTED BY THE CUSTOMER
If the customer receives the exact size ordered but later discovers that the item does not fit, this does not qualify as a wrong-size delivery.
Customers are therefore strongly encouraged to consult the SophyFash Fingers size guide and confirm their measurements before placing an order.
8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If the correct replacement size is unavailable, SophyFash Fingers will communicate the available options to the customer.
No cash refund will be provided solely because the preferred replacement size is unavailable, except where required by applicable law.
9. RETURN SHIPPING
Where the wrong size was supplied by SophyFash Fingers, the applicable return and replacement shipping arrangements will be communicated to the customer when the return request is approved.
Where a return is requested for a reason that does not qualify under this policy, SophyFash Fingers may decline the request.
10. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
Customers should contact SophyFash Fingers through the official customer-service channel listed on the website.
Please provide:
- Full name
- Order number
- Phone number
- Date received
- Size ordered
- Size received
- Photographs of the item and size label where applicable
- Brief explanation of the issue
Do not return an item before receiving return instructions from SophyFash Fingers.
11. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW
This policy does not limit or remove any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.
Where a product is defective, unsafe, materially different from its description, or otherwise falls within a circumstance where applicable law provides a mandatory remedy, SophyFash Fingers will address the matter in accordance with the law.
12. Policy Updates
SophyFash Fingers reserves the right to update this Return & Exchange Policy from time to time.
The latest version published on the website will apply to orders placed after the effective date.
