Orders delivered within Lagos are expected to arrive within:

Delivery time begins after the order has been successfully confirmed and processed.
Nationwide Orders
Orders delivered to locations outside Lagos but within Nigeria are expected to arrive within:
7–14 Business Days
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier availability.
International Orders
Orders delivered outside Nigeria are expected to arrive within:
7–14 Business Days
International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, courier service, customs procedures and other circumstances beyond our control.
2. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
Customers should ensure that all delivery information provided during checkout is accurate and complete, including:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- City
- State/Province
- Country
- Any other information required by the delivery service
Orders cannot be dispatched until payment and the required order information have been successfully confirmed.
3. BUSINESS DAYS
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Nigerian public holidays and other officially recognised holidays.
Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days for the purpose of our standard delivery timelines.
4. DELIVERY DELAYS
While we work to meet the stated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

- Traffic and road conditions
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Customs clearance
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
- Failed delivery attempts
- Security or operational restrictions
- Unforeseen logistical circumstances
Where we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the relevant information to you.
5. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
For international orders, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are determined by the relevant authorities in the destination country and are outside the control of SophyFash Fingers.
Customers are encouraged to understand the applicable import requirements and charges in their country before placing an international order.
6. DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address.
SophyFash Fingers will not be responsible for delays, additional delivery charges or failed deliveries resulting from:
- Incorrect addresses
- Incomplete addresses
- Incorrect phone numbers
- Unavailable recipients
- Failure to respond to courier communication
Where a second delivery attempt is required due to circumstances attributable to the customer, additional delivery charges may apply.
7. RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
Customers are encouraged to inspect their package immediately upon delivery.
If you notice that the wrong size has been delivered, please contact SophyFash Fingers within seven (7) days of receiving your order in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
8. ORDER TRACKING
Where tracking information is available, customers will receive the relevant tracking details through the contact information provided when placing the order.
Customers should use the tracking information to monitor the progress of their shipment.
9. DELIVERY TO THIRD PARTIES
If a customer authorises another person to receive an order on their behalf, delivery to that person at the specified delivery address will generally be considered delivery to the customer.
Customers should therefore ensure that only trusted persons are authorised to receive their orders.
10. DELIVERY COMPLETION
An order will be considered delivered once the courier confirms delivery to the address or recipient provided by the customer.
Where the courier records a successful delivery but the customer claims not to have received the package, SophyFash Fingers may work with the courier to investigate the delivery.

The delivery timelines stated in this policy are estimated delivery periods and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, courier operations and circumstances affecting transportation.
